Within a smaller team each individual takes on more responsibility, ownership and critical lines of communication are more easily maintained. Our project managers are skilled at working with smaller, highly functional teams, and meeting times can be kept to a minimum to allow our experienced resources to work for you. And although our rates may be higher than the competition, you will find that overall project costs are lower due to fewer staffing needs. At the same time, the quality of deliverables is much higher.
Methodology
Our team works in a highly iterative model, starting with a Proof of Concept and working with the business, to quickly enrich and layer in functionality. Our approach is unique within the SAP space. You may hear this type of language a lot, but please allow us a moment to explain what it is we do and how we do it.
Given that we have smaller highly functional teams that will work closely with your business we are able to pursue a quality driven approach that otherwise is not possible. That is, our team quickly builds proof of concepts in each area and then has iterative meetings with your team where we can show what is being built, how it relates to their work, and receive rapid feedback before meeting again.
This highly iterative approach works within a Waterfall model or an Agile based one and is not a project management approach, rather it is a methodology geared towards delivering a quality solution focused on meeting the full needs of your business.
